What I learned in Shakespeare this year...

I LEARNED...
1.  Chance refuses to except a one last breath, before a person dies.
2. Shakespeare talks super dirty... A ton!
3. I still can't get in front of people to do a prepared speech/ recitation.... even with being in speech and drama!
4. Elizabethan food is definitely interesting...
5. exactly how perverted our class is
6. Techno and a strobe light on the smart board is how a dance party should be during school!
7. Apricocks was THE single word that everyone tried to keep a straight face when said, but a burst of laughter roared through the room... each time it was said!
8. Queen Elizabeth was ruler for 6 years before Shakespeare was born.
9. That Shakespeare's plays modified to more modern times, are odd... the wording doesn't fit the surroundings, but it definitely makes you think more about it.
10. and finally the fact that there are plenty of movies made recently that are based on Shakespeare's life/ or play plots.

This Semester was GREAT! Miss Perkins isn't shy and is super fun and our class is pretty fun to be around.

My Chrismas Wish List!!!

This year I don't really need much but I would indeed like a few things.
1. I would really like some traveling mugs without handles. I am always on the go!
2. I would like some loose leaf flavored tea to go with the traveling mug. I like a variety of tea because water can get pretty boring to drink after awhile.
3.Cowboy boots. I miss wearing them, it has been forever since I had a pair.
4. Another fussy warm man sweatshirt. They are really comfy and warm.
5. I would love money for college. Debt stinks!
6. I would like my car, Saphira, to have a decal of Saphira from Eragon!
7. Another comfy fun Pillow Pet! I haven't let go of my inner child!
8. I miss playing the Tetris game on the computer so that game portable would be nice while waiting in the Dentist office.
9. Another dog! I miss my ones that died this summer. I miss having a large lab around the house to play with my little Mitzi.
10. Last but not least I would like to spend an entire day with parents and Jared just doing things for fun. Not doing anything we HAVE to do. No fights! :)

A Thanksgiving To Remember!!!

A four day break with nothing too big planned with plenty of lovely people, a big thanksgiving lunch before work and a new made CD collection with upbeat, fun songs.
On Wednesday, you get out early and go home to help prepare the Thanksgiving side dishes. (They turned out amazing!!!)
On Thursday, watch the Thanksgiving day parade while waiting for the Turkey to golden, wait til' Grandma, Grandpa, Nana, and Stephen to show up so we starving children can eat. Eat til' you are full, fat, and happy. Get ready for work, and grab the pie to go. Work with Louella and have a Happy Thanksgiving because she ain't a lazy worker.  Work til' about 11:30 at night.
On Friday, Sleep in. Wake up, get ready for work. Head into town, stop by and say hey to momma. Then work, work, work. After work, head home for the night and watch a horror flick, that explains why people hate doctors and surgeons.... Talk about having a girls day and offend your friend who came home for the break.
On Saturday, Wake up and make some new CDs with new songs on them.  Go pick up Sam. Head to Livingston and go get some Chinese food from The Twin Dragons. Eat til' you are super full! Then cruise around Livingston waiting for the movie theatre to let you in for early seating.  Decide to go through Pamida to see if you could find special gifts... nada, go to Albertson's for special gifts... nada, BUT we did find a six pack of Martinelli's!!! WOOT WOOT!!! Drink that in the parking lot of Town Pump with ice. Now we head to the movie... Breaking Dawn... Cheesy, but good I guess. =) Right before the movie you recieve an angry call from jealous friends... woops.
On Sunday, Wake up early and WORK, WORK, WORK. Then nap and do your homework.

FABULOUS!!!!!

A time when I was super tired and said something foolish...?

Here's some background info.
One night we had been watching TV for a really long time and the way our couches were set up I couldn't get comfortable so I moved to the floor with a nice comfy pillow. All of us in my family really hate commercials, so we fast forward through them. Well on this particular night we recorded the first part of the show. Well we had caught up to the shows regular running time and I really should read out loud when I am exhausted.

Here's a pop up:
but picture the following on there! :)

Surprise!!!!
You are the 1st person to have to sound out our commercial, who’s above the age of 6.

You’re a WINNER!!!! –for taking the longest to figure it out!

YOU WIN; humiliation, every time you walk through our doors.

A life long memory of how silly you are.

And a Lowe’s gift card for not giving up after 5 minutes.

Thank you for making others feel good about being “blonde.”

Hope this makes your day for being a “blonde,”

Shakespeare In The School!

Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen!!!! I thought you guys would like to know... that the play done today by the Shakespeare in the Schools program went very well. Each of the actors performed great and interacted with audience. The whole play kept everyone on their toes while going through the play. Shakespeare's words may be confusing to most of us who don't read it all the time, but those actors today made it easier for people to understand what was going on.  Afterwards there was a few workshops and I, myself attended the Stage Combat workshop.  A couple of the actors led the workshop and showed us a few " punch" movies going step-by-step so we could try to stage fight with a partner and make it seem somewhat real. Well two groups performed their fights with some context, in front of the rest of the group and the actors gave them a few pointers and added audience to the scene. All in all it was a good day here in Sweet Grass High School. Tomorrow will probably not be as fun but hopefully a nice day at that. Have a great day and see you all tomorrow. :)

Why is love so complicated?

I take time, patience, and kindness,
agreement, laughter, and tears.
For happiness to last, forgiving hears are needed.
I flow through every thought in your brain,
I make your heart beat faster and your blood pressure higher.

I am as old as can be,
I am every girls dream,
The boys are quite giddy when they get around me.
I can conquer anything,
and if it's true I'll last forever and ever!!!

What am I?!
